Cooking with the air fryer is so amaaaaaaaazing. First of all, your food isn’t cooking in a big pot of hot oil. The air fryer will ‘fry’ your food with a small amount of oil. For this recipe I used a light low-calorie cooking spray but you can also use a small amount of olive oil.
Air Fryer Chicken Breast is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
